| Answer: | Dear Customer, If you find your headband untied, that is a normal condition, it is not untied actually, you can find the knot again. Here is a instruction about how to find the knot back we quote from another helpful customer: Find the seam of the bottom of your headband and make sure the inside of the seam (the part that is surged and sticking up) is facing up on the inside of the loop of the band with the 2 parts of the band spreading away from it on either side. Then the knot will appear again. |

| Answer: | slightly. i have a large head. 7 3/4 hat size. i wear this under my hard hat at work. i work in a steel forging shop and the steel is 2350 degrees F. this does cover the tops of my ears to be comfortable, i can tuck it behind my ears but it forces them out and it quite a bit less comfortable that way. even with the arms of my safety glasses behind my ears i prefer to have this cover the tops of my ears for comfort. as far as the sweat 'redirecting' feature of the yellow strip inside.... it works like i would've never believed, its a real game changer for me and i will be owning one for each day of the week. |

| Answer: | I wear my Halo Headband on every ride to keep the back & sides of my neck protected and sweat out of my eyes. I do find the headband a bit tight and your head is bigger than mine. I wear a 7 3/8. I've considered cutting the headband at the back and sewing in an extension but haven't tried it. That might be an option for you. I ride in the desert and soak the head cap in water for cooling. It helps a great deal in our 110+ degree heat. I carry one water bottle for me and another to soak my headband in. |
