| Answer: | The way costumes tend to run, I would probably get the largest size available. I think the chest plate is the same for all adult sizes. Then, the legs are the main part that varies. You can always tuck any extra leg length inside the thicker boot top and pin or tack it to stay. You can also pin the torso tighter if needed because the cape hides it. We bought this costume 3 or 4 years ago in an adult small size for a BIG 7 year old. He has worn it 4 times and it has really held up well. It is impressive. He wore it last halloween with the legs let out which was a little short, but the torso was very tight at 5'5" 170. The cape sort of hid that. With your build, I might order a large and an xl and return the one that doesn't fit as well. |

| Answer: | I'm the same ht and waist at 220lbs with belly. It fit fine but I was at end of the size limit for myself on the XL. Legs are long more for a 6' tall but is fine. Only thing on suit is the back is Velcro. Snaps or a top button would be better. |
