Regardless I'm glad I got it bigger because he can grow into it while his sister continues to have princess party's year after year. I think u could get the large if he is tall, if he's on the small side go medium.

Answer:	This had not occurred to me to be honest. It will be difficult to do so, but not impossible. I would suggest that it probably be deflated to do so, which is pretty simple. If you just slightly unzip the back near the neckline, it deflates enough without having to turn the fan off and detach, etc. Again, it may not be impossible to do otherwise, but probably a challenge.
