Answer:	There's a metal sleeve on your radio (Boss) or other brand that slides into the housing unit. There are tabs that fit a variety of different housing units that you bend down/inward to secure the sleeve with the housing. Don't bend the tabs down until you are certain the head unit will fit with all the wire connections behind (but it should as the housing is really deep). Once you do that, arrange your wiring, connections, soldering points etc and hook it up. Slide the head unit in and once it clicks in place, you're good to go. FYI, it's a pain to 'un-do' the bended tabs should you decide not to use the housing unit with the sleeve. Preplan for a better install.

Answer:	I think they’re padded pretty good with pretty thick soles. My son runs a lot and he loves them and says they’re comfortable. But he’s in jr high and he grows out of them faster than they wear out. I say for the price they’re worth trying. But for a grown man that won’t grow out of them, you may want to look into some inserts for your shoes. In some cases it might not be the shoes you’re buying but lack of proper support in your problem areas. My chiropractor set me up with inserts made for supporting my feet in the areas I need. I feel my shoes don’t wear out as fast and it’s helped in other areas as well. Good luck

Question:	Can you tie these shoes or is it just velcro to hold it in place or velcro and tie shoestring at top? Hopefully that makes sense what im asking
Answer:	If they are all connected to the series it doesn’t matter what brand batteries are they could all be different brands. It will charge different brands of batteries at one as kind as they are all connected to a series in your boat. I have 3 batteries for my 36v trolling motor and 1 12 volt for my motor and all electronics for my boat.

Answer:	no programming needed. the batteries have a chip in them and the charger recognizes lithium and acid core batteries. The charger has built in heat temp sensor and will automatically adjust as needed. Plug and play. It also will recognize series or parallel battery wiring SO the charger cables will have one neg. & one positive per battery. 15 amp per bank. Hope this helps
