Answer:	I have both and I like the ZD-V better than the F310 overall but here are my pros and cons of each: The F310 has softer pressing buttons and analog sticks, which I prefer, but the F310 has actual triggers on L2 and R2 and I hate those, they are very stiff and awkward to use. The D-Pad is OK, but not great. My F310 just randomly does not work at all and has to be unplugged and re-plugged (since it was new) to get it to function again...for a while. The ZD-V has tighter pressing buttons and analog sticks, and has buttons instead of triggers on L2 and R2, which is probably not "proper" but I prefer it. The D-Pad on this one is very good and Playstation-like. The ZD-V is just more comfortable to use overall. I have had mine for several years and it is still working like new.

Answer:	Yes, the microphone can be swiveled/rotated around to allow the earpiece to be on either the left ear or the right ear.

Answer:	The indicator lights are meant for Skype functionality. The green LED flashes when there is an incoming call which you can answer by pressing the phone button. It will remains on when you are in a Skype phone call. As for the other red LED, it is indicating if the mute is on.

I went with the Blink system and the cost for replacing my five Netgear cameras was far less than half of what Netgear offered me at a discount to replace all of my gear. Increadibly insulting and disgusted with their customer service. Stay away from this company.

Answer:	Not sure if this answers your question but... flight simulator 2020 recognizes the wheel and configures the buttons and some of the throttle controls. What the buttons are assigned to is a bit weird and I had to go in and make adjustments for a more logical setup.
