Answer:	Yes is. The lowest the foot ring will go is 10", from the ground. I am a big guy, 6'2", and at 10", I cannot use the foot ring unless the seat is all the way up.

Answer:	As I've said for a previous answer, I purchased 4 of these for my high dining room table and I think I responded with 25", so I pulled out the measuring tape again, lifted the chair up as high as it would go and it was 25", but, I sat in it and lowered it all the way - got 22", then lifted it up again and lo and behold it is 30"! As I stated in my review, it is as good a chair as I would expect for the price and apparently the cylinder is still a little sticky. So I'm sorry for my error on my first response, the correct range is indeed 22" to 30" from floor to top of seat.

Answer:	This is very confusing because I ordered these under the impression that they were 100% cotton. I'm allergic to other materials in boxers. I think it depends on which color you pick whether it's all cotton or not. The last pack I ordered were purple colors and they were not 100% cotton. Conclusion: If you need 100% cotton boxers, buy another brand.

Answer:	No, they are cotton. You couldn’t possibly get silk for that price. They are comfortable and wash very well.

Answer:	I checked my original order (set of five in blue, as shown) against the five pairs in my drawer, and they appear identical. I would also mention that they are all free of shrinkage, fading, wear, "skid marks", etc. I can't, however, give the credit to Hanes' quality; I simply haven't worn them much. It's not that the shorts are terribly uncomfortable, but they just don't have the boxer shorts comfort I was looking for. I believe I mentioned this in a review I posted previously, but it bears repeating. I may not be keeping up with current styles in mens' "intimate apparel", but it seems to me that if I use the term "boxer" to refer to the category of undershorts with the longest inseams, I shouldn't be too far off. I realize that the style mavens of NBA and college basketball have declared the knee-length uniform pants popularized in the '90's to be passe, calling for a return to the short-shorts rocked by Jerry West in the '60's, when his silhouette became the basis for the NBA logo still in use. I didn't order "baller shorts", but boxers. I'd classify these shorts as lying somewhere in the middle range, inseam-wise. In fact, in the morning after a long night, one might actually confuse one of the leg openings with the waist. I'd suggest always verifying the proper, vertical orientation of the "fly" before leaving home!
