Answer:	There is a little give. I had to stretch the one I bought at the wrist (not the ribbing but just behind that part) as I like have the ability push my sleeves back up to my elbows. My sweatshirt was a wee bit snug right there. Once I washed it, I was able to get that stretch in and now it's perfect!

It looks and fits exactly like the picture in the description. I haven't dried mine in the machine tho, to prevent any shrinking!
