Answer:	I am one of those that complained about the insole in my review, and it is the only thing that I don't like about the shoe. I had Planter Fasciitis a couple of years ago so there is a chance I could get it again. I do a 2 to 3 mile regiment of walking and running on average 6 days a week. The insole is just a flat cloth covered cushion that offers no added support and is securely clued into the shoe. I tried it but it wasn't sufficient, so I tore the insole out, which took considerable time and effort as I didn't want to ruin the bedding of the shoe. When done I replace the insole with the Easyfeet insole from my previous shoe and have been happy since. Given that experience I will not buy the shoe again and will not recommend it to others. I hope this helps.
