Answer:	Dear Nicole: I have purchased several different pairs of these shoes in different colors and styles. This has happened to me a few times via hitting them on my chair at work or them sinking into a crevice in a sidewalk. You can try to get them repaired by obviously taking them to a shoe repair shop (which they cost as much to get them resurfaced and really are never the same), but truthfully, I'm sorry to say (and I have done this myself in the past) you might be better off just purchasing another pair and make sure that you are no offense, "very cautious" whenever you wear them. Answer:	Yes, it does. The pointed toe part is really narrow, my feet arent wide, and my toes were hanging over the side. This shoe was made for someone with small, narrow feet and pretty toes.....I wouldnt recommend for wide feet.
