| Answer: | They run small. 3-6 on your description sounds about right. I have all sizes and types from when mine was 0 to now when she’s 14 months. She was 7.13 at birth and she stayed in NB size for a while. But she was also in the 20 and 30s percentile. When people say this runs small, the wrists tend to be tighter. The fabric is so soft and stretchy and like butter that running small is not really an issue other than with the wrists. But unless your baby has chubbiest wrists ever then 3-6 will work perfectly. Try it. You’ll fall in love. And get another size if not. This brand is the brand she wears now mostly in the short sleeve pajama sets. And that is more true to size because the wrists aren’t snugg snugg. But the wrist part is also good to be a little tighter when they’re little Bc the mittens are the beautiful part of about being a kickee newborn. I hated every company’a mittens. So she had her little hands covered in a comfy and snug way so no scratching. My nephew is a beast and he never was a kickee boy except for a few styles that work better for older babies. And kickee pants hasn’t great customer service. They have taken back items I didn’t like because of fading first time in wash and offered me at that point a size bigger if I needed. Buy and exchange if not right. |
