Answer:	No - it is very specific and only fits the Z5 two-tone helmets. Look at the mounting holes on the helmet. Most Rawlings helmets have one hole over the brim and one on each side where the chin strap attaches. This face shield has two mounting screw holes on each side by the chin strap snaps but no others. Do a lot of research before you buy - I have one useless face guard I bought before I figured out exactly which one was needed. Good luck.
