Answer:	The back is slippery. Some what softer by buttons and in corners. I prefer this to the defender series which has way to much grip.

Answer:	They both come with port covers. They come in different colors and the Defender has patterns available as well. The Defender is sturdier, heavier, and includes a belt-clip holster included that doubles as a kickstand for hand-free media viewing. The Commuter is lighter weight. I have the Commuter and love it.

Answer:	I've had a wet install screen protector on my S9 since it came out and I love them. They really do self heal and protect my phone. With my Otter Box Pursuit and the screen protector on my phone has survived drops and such. You must install at night too and try not to touch your phone till the next day. Better to do it before bed because of that.

Answer:	In regards to what type of environment. The phone get hot from use. Leaving in the sun? My phone does not get hot from no to regular use. If the phone processor is in high gear and the battery gets hot the heat then the heat is felt

Question:	Does this case support the front sides as well
Answer:	They could be. But they seem to me to be designed to remain permanently in place. While they would certainly be helpful by extending the zipper making it easier to reach. However, if the extension were only to be used to temporarily to close the zipper, removing the zipper pull from the back of the dress while wearing it might prove to be a challenge to dexterity.
Question:	Does this case have a vendor logo on it
Answer:	Is the tab of the zipper pull there? If so, it's easy to insert the loop through the hole of the tab then thread the solid part through the loop. Hope that makes sense. If the zipper head is there but the metal zipper tab is missing, you can try to thread dental floss through a hole in zipper head, put it around the cord then pull the nylon cord through the little hole with the floss. I used these on my husband's golf bag where all the original zipper pull extensions had broken off, however the metal zipper tabs were there. Worked perfectly and lots of colors to choose from.
