Answer:	I've never casted with thePhab. I have with my older Samsung Note3. You have to own a cast device that plugs into the HDMI input for your TV. Then there is a setup process to initialize it on the Google network. You also need to be signed into Google when you try to Cast. It can by glitchy at times but I always seem to get it to work. You might need to reconfigure the cast module to your TV. Just play around with it.
