HTC will warranty it If we can get a receipt with the serial number on it to prove it had not been activated before. Haven't got one yet. It has been a pretty big hassle. And then it will be gone for two weeks while being fixed because we have to send it to Texas. We got the incredible 2 because it was what I had previously and loved it and I needed a new phone but didn't want to sign a new contract. In the end I spent twice as much money because I not only had to buy another phone, I ended up signing a contract. |
