Answer:	Lacquer is supposed to be a protective agent to apply after the "fix" is complete. However, in this case, you don't need any Lacquer as there never was any "fix". The whole kit should be thrown away ASAP and save yourself a lot of aggravation! Honestly, I do not know how they get away selling this crap!!!!
