Answer:	Short Answer—Yes. (Although Virgin is CDMA, this phone is GSM/CDMA UN-locked, so it will work just fine... Longer “why” explanation—This phone is “un-jailed” (unlocked gsm/cdma), so it doesn’t matter if you’re using a prepaid phone service provider (Boost, Virgin, GoPhone, TracPhone), or postpaid phone service (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint). Both Pre & Post paid services sell phones (often with added brand info) which leads people to think they have to get the phone from that provider, (you don’t—you just have to buy a phone compatible with their network. Providers promote phones “jailed” to that specific carrier’s cellular network protocols (Example: ATT, T-Mobile are GSM...Sprint, Verizon are CDMA...Globally overseas carriers are GSM), but they usually sell in-jailed phones too... When the protocols were being developed some carriers chose one system, some chose others...BUT...it also serves to keep you with that carrier if you don’t know any better, & don’t get a jail-broken (unlocked) phone. The carrier will sell an unlocked (jail-broken) phone at a higher price because you are free to bounce around to another service, whereas if your phone is jailed your options become limited regarding movement to another service provider. As an incentive, they’ll sell you a locked (jailed) phone with their service at a cheaper price to keep you with them. ~K P.S. Hey GSM’ers... DON’T be freaked out that phone comes in Verizon box—it is fully unlocked, & YES, Verizon is on CDMA, but they DO sell unlocked phones. Just pop your SIM in & you’re good to go... Answer:	There are a lot of false information circling around the web regarding iPhone 8 unlocked phones and most people haven't a clue but there are TWO versions(models) of unlocked iPhone 8. Yes iPhones have model numbers, "iPhone 8" is more of a marketing name. Anyways the two versions are: A1863 which works on all carriers GSM (AT&T/T-Mobil) and CDMA(Verizon/Sprint) and model A1905 which ONLY works on GSM carriers (AT&T and T-Mobil). Unfortunately Amazon doesn't clarify which model is being sold.

Answer:	This is a legitimate iPhone. Came in good condition but is obviously refurbished as it came with nothing but a charger, and not even an Apple one. The phone has been functioning alright for the month I’ve had it with the exception of it randomly glitching where the screen gets jumpy for a few seconds and it will go to the homescreen, open an app, jump to the homescreen, etc rapidly. This only lasts for a few seconds but you’ll have no control over it while it’s happening. It doesn’t it maybe once every few days. Isn’t that big of a deal to me but is weird. It’s almost like someone else is controlling my phone.
