| Answer: | Try holding two thumbs, on on each end of the top of the phone, whole cradling the phone in both hands, gently push down the right thumb it should pop the right edge out. Slowly push out the top end of phone without removing from whole case to access SD slot when done gently push phone back in case. Hope it works! |

I tried on a tempered glass as well as a regular protector and neither were able to stay on with this case. Also this case is quite slick so the phone does move around in your hand with this case. |
