Answer:	I don't know if ours is a counterfeit or not, it seems to work good for us, but it has not been dropped in water yet. It has been dropped several times and the phone is still working with no damage to it. Good luck.

Answer:	Not at all. Pictures are just as clear as well. My sister does have AN APP which she uses as a camera and it does affect that but not sure why. If you use your regualr IPHONE camera you'll be fine.

To avoid damaging the pawl, or recess, on the frame of the IPhone, hold the clip back with your finger so it doesn't smash down and break the pawl (catch).To fix the problem of a broken pawl, turn your phone 180 degrees and use the other pawl, which fortunately is on the other side of the frame". He continues using his Otter Box case on his IPhone

Answer:	I don't see how it would be replaceable as it's adhered to the case, but putting a protector over the protector seems very redundant and unnecessary.
