| Answer: | Haven't tried to take it off but given that they don't sell the other backplates, you likely aren't meant to. The accessories they mention it being compatible with are likely the wallet attachment and stuff like that. |

The screen protectors that are available on our website also add an extra layer of protection, and we would always highly recommend that customers apply this prior to using their Mous case. We have done extreme testing so that other people don't have to, and we try hard to remind our customers - both with a disclaimer tickbox at checkout and a warning card when they receive their product - that the cases should not be thrown or dropped deliberately. We do not advertise that the cases or screen protectors make phones indestructible and unfortunately manufacturers are making phones increasingly fragile. | Answer: | Nothing will ensure your screen won’t crack or break other than you keeping it locked in a drawer. It is, however, probably the safest case for drop protection. I also use a glass screen protector. |

| Answer: | Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us, As there are many pop sockets out there in the market, we are not sure whether the adhesives that are on them are compatible with our cases or not. We generally wouldn't recommend mounting a pop socket onto our cases as the adhesives may wear out the back designs and textures of the case. Most of the time, customers who wish to mount a pop socket onto the back of their phone will normally opt for a bumper case instead.
