Answer:	The watch does not come with the stand. It is just a stand for charging the watch and the phone. I plug my devices into my wall. I do not use a USB cord.

Answer:	Mine would not work because the angle was not quite vertical enough. If I tipped the stand slightly it would activate nightstand mode. I gave it a slight bend so the watch sat more vertical and now it works great. I'm guessing the mixed answers are due to a slight difference in angle.

Answer:	The Plus models will fit only with thinner cases. A Plus in an Otterbox probably wouldn't fit because the combined width of the phone and the case will be too big to clear the bar holding the watch. A standard iPhone should work fine in any case.

Answer:	I’m not familiar with that watch but I did take a glance at the Fossil charging magnet (for your question) and it seems to be the same size if not smaller than the Apple Watch magnets. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Your watch would just be wrapped around the watch side of the stand and the magnet would be stuck to the back or the watch. While on the Fossil site I saw that the chargers aren’t working for a lot of people so if charging is the issue it’s because of the charger not the stand. Now, I’m not sure if you’re asking if the unit comes with specific brand charging cords or magnets so I’ll go ahead and clarify that real quick. This is just the stand It does NOT came with any cords or magnets.
