Answer:	No, we don't advise that. The waterproof grade of this device is IP67, IP67 means that protection against dust inhalation; protection for short immersion. It is suitable for everyday use, splash/rain resistant, not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water related work and fishing, diving. Question:	Heart rate monitor is inaccurate with exercise. It shows at like 70 when it’s at 160+. How do I fix this
Answer:	I also am having issues with the heart rate monitor and the app. The only reason I purchased this was for heart rate monitoring. I expected better results than using Samsung Health by placing my finger near my camera and taking it when I remembered or had the chance. I thought surely this would help out. My resting heart rate has been around 100 and my Dr. Suggested getting something like this to monitor and bring in results at my next appt. I can't ever get a result from it. It will finally show what I assume to be my heart rate, right around 100, then the screen goes black. Nothing is ever recorded in my app and I've tried using my app to take it. Both settings, manually and automatically. My heart rate on the app shows 62 the only 2 times its recorded anything. My phone constantly freezes up since installing the app. It's a note 8. I shouldn't have anything freezing up and I've had this phone for months and never had this happen with any other app. As of now, I'm only using it to set reminders to take my heart rate using Samsung Health. So close to sending it back but I am hoping someone else might have a solution. In all reality I could use my phone for the reminders, too... don't know if I'll get any answers to this, but hopefully someone can see this before they buy and/or before I leave a review.

Answer:	I had the black version and the glare was too much. I traded for the white and it’s a big enough difference for me to keep the white one. At night, easier to read. With glare on both, the white still easier to read.

Answer:	The only real difference between the HR steel and the HR steel sport is whether you value having the app tell you your V02 score (the measure of how efficiently you are using oxygen consumption). The higher that score, the more efficiently your body is using energy. The only way to have the watch measure this is by running outside for a min of 10 minutes. Treadmill running does not count. To be honest, that’s the reason I purchased this watch and to be really honest, I’ve only used this 2 or 3 times. The hr steel (not sport) does everything the hr sport does with the sole exception of this v02 metric If I had to do it again, I’d buy the steel and save a few bucks over the sport Otherwise, I’m very happy with this watch and I used to wear a Fitbit HR charge 2 for years

Answer:	As the previous person says, holding the crown of the watch down for a couple of seconds will take you into the continuous heart rate monitor. This is typically used for workouts, as it will run down the battery faster than normal operation, but can be used whenever you want a continuous heart rate readout . Under normal operation, the watch seems to check my heart rate every 5 minutes or less.
Question:	Is the battery rechargeable or do you need to buy and install a new battery every 25 days
Answer:	Rechargeable, it comes with a charging dock you place the watch on to recharge.
Question:	When the battery will no longer take a charge, is it replaceable
Answer:	It's unlikely you will ever need to replace the battery under normal use. Typical battery will last at least 500 cycles and wt 25 days per cycle it should last three decades. The battery will likely degrade before that, but again will you will want this watch in 10 years? If you plan to pass it to your grandchildren the Swiss will help you get an alternative (Patek Philippe father son anyone?)

Question:	just bought these. Why is one band longer than the other
Answer:	Are you asking about the bands in one set? Or the bands of one color are longer than another set of bands a different color? If you are referring to the bands in one set the band that does not have the clasp on it is longer to give you more options as to where you want to clasp it? Our wrists are not all the same size? That’s my reasoning but I could be wrong.

Answer:	No. I have had no issues with them falling off. I had the same concern before I got them but they have stayed securely on my wrist.

The Wrist HR seems good when I am not active; like at my desk at work, sitting around the house, etc. But when I hit the gym and I am gasping for air, my wrist HR at times will record #'s in the 50's/60's. Impossible when I am working near my threshold. I don't have this issue when I put my chest strap on. This seems to be a consistent trend regardless of which Garmin wrist wearable I wear; I have several.

Answer:	It's only 2 actual window panels. The bottom and top are actually 2 different panels. I was confused as well but thankfully my windows were small and I did just fine with one panel on each window. If you need 4 actual window panels, you will need to order 2 sets.

Answer:	Depends on which color you order. Lighter colors are not really black out, although they do filter light well. They do provide privacy.

Answer:	This stopwatch is about the same size as any other stopwatch I have seen. In small adult hands, it takes up about half of my palm.
