Answer:	The same way you would for the Series 4 or 5 - press the switches to release your wrist straps, then take the armor off. This one wasn’t designed for the 3 though, so you may have a little more difficulty getting it off.

Answer:	My assumption is that if the other bands in question have the same thickness as the Apple band where they slide into the case of the Apple Watch and not overlap the case at all they should work. I say that because the Armor Works case wraps the Apple Watch case all the way to where the band slides in.

Answer:	The band comes off by pressing the little elongated buttons on the watch itself next to each side of the band. All the bands on the apple watch are interchangeable. That being said, I don't believe you have to take the band off to install. I didn't at least for mine, but I have the elastopolymer one.
