Answer:	Pull the stem or the knob on the side of the watch out until it can be pulled no further,gently! ( some stems have to be unlocked by rotating counter clockwise) but if yours is the same as I purchased you will just pull it out gently and rotate. Rotate the knob either clockwise or counter clockwise until you see the hands in the watch move. Adjust to the correct time. Push the knob in until it is flush with the case when you are finished setting the time.

Insert one protruding end of the spring bar into one of the lug hole

Step 2

Using the tool, compress the spring bar and lower the end into the inside of the lug

Step 3

Push left, aiming for the lug hole

Put down the spring bar and carefully move the strap around (which moves the spring bar with it) to try to “find” the lug hole. Listen for a click that signals that the spring bar end has snapped into the lug hole .
