Question:	Does this model include the ear piece or just the desk unit
Answer:	Personally, I have used it for Citrix Goto Webinar and many Skype appointments and love it for that purpose. Comfortable for hour-after-hour wearing and have never gotten complaints about the sound. Have also conducted trainings using Vsee. I came away from my purchase feeling that they are very expensive, and for me very worth it.
Question:	Can this phone work with the AT&T 1040 Small Business System
Answer:	I have bought these some time ago. I have a very noisy work place so for me is very important to avoid the background noise and good quality on voice, what I can say is that the headsets are fine, comfortable, those have a nice integration with Skype(I'm Mac user, works fine) but, in my case I was expecting more, these are not good enough. Eg: People in the other side can still hear some background noise specially when I'm talking, the other issue is that the active cancellation is not complete, you may hear a lot of background. For me the biggest downside is the hardware quality, because seems to be fragile, specially if you have to commute(which used to be my case). I'm still looking for best headsets... good luck!!!

Answer:	Yes, it is required if you are using Skype for Business. The headset will pair with you PC, but without the dongle, the microphone will not be recognized. I learned this the hard way. The real kicker is, the dongle is designed to fail. The plastic tab that sticks out of the end of it serves absolutely no purpose. It will eventually get snagged on something and break the dongle in half. A replacement dongle is $75 bucks. I will never buy another Jabra product again.
Question:	Can i remove or detach the Mic so i can use it as a headphone for brisk walking
Answer:	The mic does not remove, however it moves upwards against the head set so it out of the way. Great product.

Question:	Does this have a mute button
Answer:	Yes, it does, and an indicator on the base showing mute status. When I was using it with Windows XP, it fully integrated with Microsoft Lync, as well; but under Win7 x64, the mute on the headset is independent of Lync mute status (both work, but neither knows what the other has done). That can be a plus -- nobody else can un-mute you.
Question:	I bought this headset but it does not notify me (aka ring or beep) when a call comes through. Anyone know why
