Answer:	If the cell has bluetooth, yes. However I dont like this headset. it turns off on it own after just a couple idle minutes, then has trouble reconnecting. I think its sensitive to lower versions of android as well. If I had to do it again, I wouldnt buy it.

However, the device blinks light once it's switched on, when it's connected to or disconnected from paired device, when it's being charged and when the battery is fully charged. Answer:	Not hard to put on quickly. If you are not using the ear loop it's easy to do one handed. I generally turn mine off when I'm not wearing it and turn it on when I am.
