The following tips may help you achieve a better calling experience:

2. Update your soundcard and Bluetooth Driver to the latest version. (If you use the headphones on your laptop)

4. If it is tested under a noisy environment, please try another quiet room to see if it will be better.

5. Please try to make calls directly from your phone without using any conference apps to see if the issue persists.



How to connect headset with your computer, please follow the below steps:

1. Long press the multifunction button of the headset to turn it on

2. Turn on the bluetooth of your computer

3. Add device and choose bluetooth audio device

4. Find "TaoTronics TT-BH041" and connect it

5. If the headset has no sound or the mic doesn't work, pls make sure that the default audio device is TT-BH041 of the Audio Options

6. If sound quality is unclear when using computer, this is probably because you are using the computer's own MIC instead of headphone's mic. Please check whether Hands-free mode is selected as the computer's input and output, which is under the sound setting.



Notice:

1. Overvoltage may damage battery so pls use 5V Charger Only.

2. Please fully charge before the headset not using for a long time.

3. Only allows computer which has Bluetooth function. But you can buy a USB dongle if you have no Bluetooth function.

Answer:	No the Voyager 5200 comes with a micro USB charge cable. Also, sold separate, is a charge case designed for the Voyager 5200.

Answer:	The Voyager 5200 and 5220 both say that they are Bluetooth 4.1 (see the Plantronics website for the official product specifications), but the Voyager 5200 UC says that it is "Blutooth 5.0 with BLE" I don't see any Voyagers newer than that on the Plantronics web site.

Answer:	I do not believe there was, however it is plastic and you could drill holes in it.
Question:	Somehow i've changed the language from english. how do i change it back
Answer:	Put the metal sleeve that comes with the stereo in it, bend the tabs on the sleeve to hold it in place and then mount it. I slid in my stereo and connected from the back because I had lots of open space behind the stereo in my boat. If you don't, pull the wires through, then connect the stereo and slide it in. It will lock into place.
