Answer:	The CleanerNet Router works on any internet connection however there are some, like Cable or DSL, that do require a modem as well. If you have cable internet we highly recommend using your own cable modem which can be purchased online or at any retail electronics store.( Arris Cable Modems are what we use most often.) Your ISP will often install a cable modem/router combo for you but they will also charge you a monthly fee to lease it from them. I have found that you will recover the cost of buying and using your own modem within the first year and then save, on average, about $120 per year thereafter by using your own.

Answer:	This has a 1200 meg maximum output on the wifi between the 5G & 2.4 ghz channels and gigabit throughput on the LAN ports. We do have a more robust router on our website that will handle larger networks and also supports up to two additional WAPS ( wireless access points) if you have a larger home that requires more coverage. This router also comes with a year of CleanerNet Service as well.

Answer:	Yes. When I upgraded to home+, it resolved the issue. I kept my Orbi router, but I turned off the Disney Circle that came with the Orbi and only use the new Circle home+. You can't use both at the same time. I thougt I would need to upgrade my router, but once I turned off the built-in circle it ran fine, so I'm going to wait before I spend money upgrading the router.

Keep in mind that the antennas also need either a 50 ft. horizontal separation OR a 20 ft. vertical separation. It can also be a mix of the two based on your situation. The booster will show a red light if the antennas are too close to each other. In this case, we suggest first checking to see if you are getting a boosted signal. If you are, you are ok to keep the antennas as is. If you are getting red lights and not seeing a boosted signal, you will need to separate the antennas farther apart. The booster will need to be powered off and back on each time an antenna is readjusted or relocated. Thank you!
