Answer:	When I compare the step count to my health app on my phone, it's pretty close. However the sleep feature is inaccurate. The start sleep time is off by an hour and the wake time is off by half hour. I don't pay attention to the heart rate feature so no comment on that. The notification feature sometimes work but I don't rely on it.
