It also feels the most like "the screen" because it is actual glass not a film screen. The ballistic screen will break if impacted very hard, but your phone's screen will most likely not break. The HD and Privacy screen protectors are made of layered film, rather than glass. This makes them very thin and clear. They can be scratched but they do have a "self-healing" layer that heals the scratches so they don't show, but deep scratches will show. The HD and Privacy screen protectors do not break when impacted hard, but they also do not offer as much protection as the Ballistic version. Other than that, the Ballistic and HD screens offer close to 100% clarity so that you get the full high definition quality of your phone screen like you would if you didn't have the screen protector on.
