Answer:	I remain confused why every time I click the link for this product a different price and seller is featured. They range from $3.01 to $28 (for new) and how are we supposed to know which is going to give us the quality battery and not? My order says the 2 batteries I ordered came from PacificCellularDistributor ($9.30) and neither one would charge past 83%. The vendor us not happy with my negative review saying their batteries are OEM and the fault must lie with Amazon and pulling the wrong stock for them because they supposedly supply only OEM batteries. I'm not the only one with a comment their battery from them did the same, so my review will not be edited. Like I said in my review, I can believe these are OEM however I doubt they are new. One has to wonder what happens to all those batteries when people upgrade their phones. I don't know, but I suspect they are sold in bulk to resellers who then sell them as "genuine OEM" batteries. The old saying "you get what you pay for" may indeed be the case here. I decided if I'm going to save some money vs a new one from the carrier phone store then I'll just take my chances on a vendor making "compatible" batteries, at least then I'm likely to get a new one. Good luck with all of you - I can't figure out the "fulfillment" process here when several vendors supply what is claimed to be the same thing and with extreme price ranges.

Answer:	I interpreted it to mean...down to 0% I ran it to zero, then back to a full charge for 2 cycles. Then it worked fine. After that, I found the charge lasted longer if I did NOT charge it to 100% stopping between 80 - 95%

Answer:	Hello Two possible answers. One, the small tape that connects the battery to the mother board may be loose or disconnected. Second, depending on the type of mother board your watch has, either a stand alone mother board or a cellular mother board, you may need to replace it. The watch should work once the battery is re-connected to the mother board tape assuming that the mother board is not damaged.
