If the earphone works but you can’t hear or only hear static sounds on your iPhone’s speaker, it is possible that one of the three connectors is not connected properly. Step 7 of our website’s iPhone 6 battery replacement guide shows the three connectors. These three cables are the LCD, touch and the home button/front camera connectors. It is most likely that the front camera connector is the one causing the issue since this is in contact with the earpiece. I recommend opening the phone again and reconnect the 3 connectors. When you reconnect these connectors, make sure a soft "click"-noise is heard. That's when the connector snaps into place. Also, do not press the center of the connector. Press one end, then press the opposite end. Pressing in the center of the connector can bend the component and cause damage. This is where our plastic spudger will come in handy. Question:	Are the included screw drivers magnetic
Answer:	The screws stuck a little bit to the end of the drivers(maybe some static), but I would not say they were magnetic. I’ve installed 2 of these kits and it was very easy when following the included instructions. Kit came with everything needed.

Answer:	My battery arrived with 64% charged and changed the battery by myself for about 15 minutes, it works fine and hold a charge better than my old battery.

And seller sent every tool you need and also sent you instruction, just follow it or video guide will be good. My phone did not damage and it hold a charge like new, my suggestion: you can take it to fix store to replace your phone if you can not do it by yourself.

Answer:	At the beginning, I have the same question so I tested its capacity through some battery app downloaded from Apple store but found that it was only 1810mAh, I didn’t know why thus contacted seller and they sent me an e-mail to explain this issue that those app can not test its real capacity and they also told me the way to test its real capacity. The capacity is real, if you want to try, you can just download the PC-side App called “itools” for windows and connect your phone with a computer using a original charging core. And you need to update your phone system to latest version to check your battery capacity.

There is a YouTube video that comes on right after there video that was helpful though. The hard part is getting the old battery out. The adhesive that holds it in is insane. If you know how to pry it up slowly the way it should...it won’t be that bad. The adhesive on mine kept tearing. I didn’t have a heat gun (most people don’t) which may have helped. Instructions said change in a few minutes, it took me hours, and I accidentally opened the skin of the old battery and actually had small flames from it touch the inside of the battery. I’ll never try it again.

But you should prepare a towel to install the screws before installation to prevent the screws from disappearing.
