Answer:	Yes it can charge the LG V7 and comes with charging cable but does not come with the charger to charge it. You can connect the cable to a lap top port or your phone charger to charge the battery. Note to drain battery before recharging for the first time per direction.

Answer:	It charges from a USB 5V output. Most USB wall chargers will operate on 100 to 240 Vac. So it's not about the Mophie, it's what voltage the USB charger will operate on.
