Answer:	Yes. I have used it with just every cable including Lightning, USB Micro and USB C. Plus cables that connect the Aukey to all 3 on the other end of the cable.

Answer:	Technically, I believe it is not officially "UL Certified". What UL means is not well understood by most people. There is a difference between UL Certified and UL Listed. Visit the UL website for more info. However, the device does say on it "Conforms to UL STD. 60950-1". While this may be true, it is unlikely that the manufacturer of this item went through the lengthy process to have the device UL certified or UL Listed. It may in fact conform to their standards, but it does not mean that UL has in anyway approved or evaluated this device. It is my guess that they are playing a careful game here. One that might not be a fully legitimate used of the UL identity, no matter how accurate the statement is. However, at the same time, the device is marked with the appropriate symbol indicating it is "ETL Listed" for both the US and Canada. ETL is a mark bestowed by a company called Intertek who is an official NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory). They claim ties back to Thomas Edison's Lamp Testing Bureau which was later renamed to Electrical Testing Laboratories (ETL). Their website says they test devices to applicable standards from these various organizations: ASME, ASTM, ANSI, CSA, NFPA, NOM, NSF, UL / ULC (depending on the type of device). So while a device may not have been through the formal process required to bare a proper mark from UL, it may very well have been tested to the very same rigorous standards they put forth. Testing to all standards put forth by all organizations can prove very costly and time consuming and could conceivably drive the price of a product past the point of profitability. My PERSONAL BELIEF is that while this device does not actually bare an official UL mark, it has most likely been tested to a degree that it is consistent with UL standards and it is reasonable for ME to assume that it is safe and reliable for its intended use. You should use your own judgement. We have 4 of these in my family (1 per person) and use them regularly with no issues.
