Question:	Can i pair a soundsync as transmitter to another soundsync as receiver
Answer:	I just did this using a tube Amp that has bluetooth 5. Long story short I needed to make my rear surround speakers "wireless". I used a line out converter from the receiver and plugged the output rca into a rca to 3.5mm cord. Switched the sound sync to TX and then turned on the other device with it not paired to anything. Here's the trick you have to triple tap the power button to get them to pair. Fortunately for me when they paired, it used aptx LL mode and so I was able to use the automatic time align of my receiver easily. So yes there's a trick to it but it works.
Question:	How to select aptx modes on the device
Answer:	You don't select aptX modes, that's determined by the device you are pairing it with. If it's aptX HD then you should see a notification on your devices. My LG V20 shows it.

Answer:	While it can be used while charging, the manual does advise the user to disconnect from the charger when fully charged and not charge for extended periods.

Answer:	I have 2 of these units using them in my BMW and a Suzuki. Both transmitters are disturbing the normal FM radio signal, regardless of the station. To confirm if this transmitter is on, the other normal radio stations in both cars does not work. If I turn it off, the radio gets back to normal. It does disturb me as I still want my radio. I would not buy again if I hd the chance.

Answer:	Yes this is absolutely possible. It happens to me at least a couple times per day. Usually when the other car is directly to either side of my car. Just get away from the other car as quickly as you can. Not easy to do in a traffic jam. Kind of annoying, but not too bad. You’ll hear their music for a few seconds and they’ll hear yours. PS — Ignore the other comments on this, these people are ignorant. These tuner transmitters broadcast at between 5-10 watts, which is Regulated in the USA by the FCC. ALL OTHER BRANDS AND MODELS ARE OF THE SAME POWER/STRENGTH. so, yes, this will happen from time to time, and trust me, no one will have to hit your bumper for it to happen. Duh!

Answer:	Sorry but NONE of these answers are helpful and the question of how/where was never answered... *My app is doing the same thing and it doesn't matter if I have pause the music, if I've closed the app, if I've restarted my phone, or even four stopped the app. When I connect to Bluetooth it immediately opens the app in the background so I cannot even close it from recently closed apps and begins playing music..

Answer:	I think that's more of a feature of your phone/device. But my iPhone will connect to it automatally if I have Bluetooth on.

Answer:	I use the app on my iPhone to change the frequency. I find it handier than using the buttons on the charger. My charger location in my car isn't the easiest to see and it is just simpler to use the app. The app is great!

Answer:	The other responder did a good job answering your question and showing how to calculate the power. However, power should not be your main concern. Since all USB devices run on 5 volts, the current rating will give a better indicator of relative charge rate. A device with 3 - 1 Amp ports is NOT the same as a device with a single 3 Amp port even though their power output is identical. A port delivering 1.5 A may keep your smartphone from going dead but won't do much charging if your screen is on for navigation and your listening to music. It may not even work with a tablet. One more comment. The current given is usually the current at 5V, so use 5 volts when calculating the power and comparing to other brands. ( The amperage on the 12V side will be 5/12ths of the current on the USB side because power-in is approximately the same as power-out.)

Answer:	Yes. Set up was a little difficult without instructions but it can be set to am or FM I believe and any frequency.

Answer:	It depends on the port you plug it into. If the port is powered by the car battery, then it will drain it. In fact, anything you plug into that port will drain the car battery! However, if it’s only powered when the key is in the ignition, then the power to that port will be turned off when you turn the car off. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Is this still not supported? How is this possible? Apple Music is an Alexa skill theoretically shouldnt you just be able to enable that skill in Alexa and it works? Viva Pro isnt Alexa just the vector in which Alexa works in the car, so if Alexa in general works with Apple Music shouldnt both the Viva Pro and Viva work for that matter. Anyone have any experience with this?
Question:	Will this work in an 01 honda odyssey
Answer:	I cannot answer about whether this works on a specific car. I will say however that on my 2009 Suburban it really worked poorly. Engine noise transferred over to phone calls, connection was intermittent, it did not connect with bluetooth seamlessly as advertised. It amounted to an expensive phone charger. Poor product in my estimation.

Question:	Any new insight as to a definitive answer on the difference between this one and the cheaper version currently selling for
Answer:	We have the less expensive model when purchased I believed the difference was the FM transmitter. We have music streaming issues on ours, I have to get Ankur proof of purchase, photo of product so they can decide what to do. We have a 2018 Kia Soul. When we first purchased a few months ago streamed perfect now goes off and on mostly off. Anyone else having a problem? Wondering if there is more of a difference than we first thought.
