Answer:	it was not on there. This was my fault for buying them. They are ok, but not what I had bought previously. And I thought the price was a little much for what I thought I was buying. Once again, they are fine but not the quality I thought I was getting. Fortunately, I bought only one set. I wanted to see the quality before I bought 6 or 8 sets for Christmas, which I did not do. My fault.

Answer:	They did fine going through the washing machine. They seem like they will last a long time as the material seems very sturdy.

Answer:	Only if you are okay with a non-traditional, round shaped empanada vs. its customary turnover or crescent shape.

Question:	Are these towels totally flat or do they have a band on them close to one edge
Answer:	Haven’t had that problem. There is an internal plastic liner that is removable for cleaning.
Question:	When will you get more colors available
Answer:	It is a stiff brush, much like you would find at walmart or some other store. However, I wouldn't expect it to bother a porcelain toilet, even if were a colored toilet. If the toilet was ignored for a long time and really required stiff scrubbing, that might be a problem. Also, I'm hoping that I can purchase future brushes and just use this as a storage device, that's a possibility, find a brush you like and put it in the container, you can cut off the old brush. Just a thought.

Answer:	you could keep a small amount of liquid in the white plastic cup liner that comes inside. i don't know if mr. clean would eventually erode the plastic and cause a leak though.

Answer:	That’s the question I also have been trying to find out. I ordered some cheap ones from China, up if that the thread size would be similar. my best suggestion is seeing if the dollar store brushes thread off of the plastic stick and try the brush heads to see if they have the same thread as the ones we bought!

Answer:	I don’t know if it’s recommended by the manufacturer, but I always do. I think that washing before the first use removes any surface material that comes with this kind of fabric. These towels are really nice and very absorbent.

Answer:	Good morning! I washed our towels in hot water with Tide and Snuggle liquid softener. Make sure you don't use too much detergent and just half of the softener. Dry them on medium with fabric sheets and you should end up with a nice fluffy towel. The more you use them and wash them the softer they will become. Mine took a couple of washes. Good luck!!! They're really nice towels...

Answer:	HORRIBLE towels! Don't waste your money. These towels do not absorb & they fall apart. Worst towels I've ever bought. I couldn't give them away in good conscience. If you like to be covered in lint these are for you. They will cover everything else with lint too. If you don't like this mess ... stay as far away as you can. Not only that, when I reached to company, they never contacted me back. I would give these towels from this company a -100 stars.

Answer:	the side to the window is white, the back side of the lining which is against the drapery fabric is a dark grey color. This keep out the our case the heat outside and the AC inside. This drapes are also very room darkening. We love them. We did our master suite in the slate blue. A beautiful drape for a very modest price. I recommend!
