Answer: After looking at the specs. for the Pixel 2 XL I am pretty sure you could adjust the arms so that they don't interfere with any buttons. I think the active edge is more on the face than on the sides where the mount would grip the phone. Hope this helps!

Answer: Yes if there's anything similiar to a handlebar on the stroller. I've mounted it to the handlebars of my offroad bike and it doesn't even slip. It attaches with standard zip ties. 2 are included but you can replace with your own longer ones if needed.
