If it is still in Amazon allowable time for returns then continue to answer the questions. It will also print out return label with instructions. I've had to do a few recently and it works well. If you have a Kohl's Clothing store you take you package product in and they will direct you to the Amazon Return counter. They will scan you label and give you a receipt. By the time you get home you may have already gotten you credit. I choose to get a replacement. I got the credit and the replacement was already ordered and I should receive it the next day which will be the 25Jan21, now that is fast.
