Answer:	I have used it in a CRV on mountain roads. The thumbscrew can loosen with the bouncing and vibration. If you put come locktite thread locker on the thumbscrew threads it will stay in place and stable. You can get locktite at almost any hardware store for about $4 per tube. The mount is great other than the screw loosening issue.

Question:	I live in Arizona. With this product hold up to our summer heat
Answer:	I'd like to answer this as I'm in Mesa. If the product has a failure on a 70 degree day it won't even be close for Arizona. We have had OVER 50 days this summer over 110 degrees. In direct sunlight inside a vehicle we are hitting 125+ degrees. Sadly I cannot answer this question as the adhesive is so strong I literally cannot peel the red 3M sticker off the mount to be able to mount it. I can tell you from playing with it in my hand that I mounted the plate (loosely) inside my Note 10+ Case and I can still wirelessly charge. So if I can ever get the damn sticker off I can actually tell you and answer. IF I can get the adhesive off I may actually order #2 and install them side by side as the way I have the plate installed inside my case to allow wireless charging at home makes the system top heavy and prone to sliding (under my hand held simulations).

Answer:	Hi, Thank you for your attention for Wuloo intercom system. The max distance is 3-5 ft between the MIC and the speaking person. Click the VOX button on the unit to enter the VOX mode. After entering VOX mode, you need to close to the MIC about 12 inch distance to blow or make a sound to activate this function every time before speaking, otherwise it will not send the message handsfree. After voice activation, the indicator light will turn a red, and then the unit can send the message automatically when you are speaking. Besides, after finishing speaking and wait 1-2 seconds for the indicator light goes off, then the others can reply to you, the unit cannot receive information if the indicator is not extinguished.Hope it will help. Answer:	Old question but I have had mine for over 2 years in 3 vehicles in south texas with no issues. 3 summers with month and a half long stretches of at or over 100 degrees every day.

Answer:	I have purchased four of these. I have purchased this SKU both from a brick and mortar retailer and from Amazon. I am 99% certain the B stands for "box" not black, since all of the MAGDMs are black. If you purchase this SKU from a brick and mortar store, it will come packaged in a HORRIBLE plastic blister pack that is EXTREMELY hard to open. If you purchase this from amazon it comes in a 100% recyclable chipboard box with minimal extra paper as well.
Question:	Does the adhesive mount have to be mounted on a complety smooth surface, or is the adhesive pad sticky enough to adhere to semi-textured surface
Answer:	I purchased mine for my school bus (we have to be completely hands free). First I cleaned the area with warm water and dried it with a paper towel. Waited about 30 minutes and cleaned the same area with alcohol pads. Allowed the area to dry and placed the (adhesive) mount and held it for a few minutes to secure it. I have used it for 6 months of road trips (2 hours or more) and a couple of long distance trips (4 hours or more) I have an LG V10 and although I didn't stick the pads on the phone I did place then inside the cover and it hold extremely well. Make sure you clean the area you're placing the mount with alcohol to ensure a strong hold.... School Buses have very bumpy dash areas and this is PERFECT!!!! I have recently ordered 3 more of these for my personal vehicles and for a friends birthday gift! 😄
