Answer:	I have an iPhone 11 with a 5 Below thin case and ring holder on back. The phone constantly pops out of the holder because the side arms are not long enough. Looking for a holder now with longer side arms.

Answer:	It might work, but I don't know that I could recommend it on adjustable cup holders. The way it works is that you twist the base and some pieces cam outwards to tighten into the sides of the cup holder to hold it firmly. Adjustable cup holders are not usually very durable and might not withstand much pressure from the mount. If you don't apply enough tension, the mount will just be flopping around in there. So again, I don't think I would recommend it for adjustable or weak cup holders. Otherwise, it is amazing and very sturdy.
Question:	Can someone tell me what the difference is between MCUPMP and MCUP? They look the same? Thanks
Answer:	Looks like the MCUPMP came out in 2013, while the MCUP came out in 2010 based on the review dates.

Answer:	It is recommended to adhere it to the case.

Answer:	If your phone is larger than 6 inches, you may want to use the rectangular one since it will provide more magnetic power..
Question:	It is possible to reposition the sticky base many times
Answer:	Not too many times. Yes you can remove it, wash it, and place it somewhere else but it is not as sticky. I don't recommend repositioning as mine lost the thick sticky piece due to moving and now the product is useless.

Stick the magnetic plate to the back of your phone (or place it inside your case under the phone) and attach your phone to the arm of the mount.

Peel off the white backing on the bottom of the adhesive base and stick it to your dashboard.

1. Hold the phone holder upright, Insert 4pins from the gooseneck bracket into 4 holes in the back of the phone holder (as the photo below)

2. Push the bracket up until you feel it "click"
