Answer:	I bought the same one and it broke in the same place. I had to drill a small hole in the ball end and put some super glue and a screw in it and has been working fine now, but you have to be careful with it when you turn it. Hope this helps you.

Answer:	I used this on my Jaguar XJ8 and it worked great. I recently bought a 2016 Mustang and I believe it also has a casing. You can probably remove it to make this work with your car. The product comes with several connectors to fit different cars. I don't use mine anymore because I no longer need it, but I was very impressed with the product and the different connector options the manufacturer furnished. To avoid vibrating, I tightened the unit so it slightly related against the center console. It can also be positioned in may ways. I used it for my phone and my 10.5" Samsung tablet. Felt like I was in a Tesla! Lol. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can i use this with an ipad 2 and galaxy tab
Answer:	If your absolutely sure there is no bolt you will need to fabricate a mount. Where you attach it will depend on many things. If that’s not in your wheel house I’d explore other options because there are many other ways to mount items. Good luck.
Question:	Are you able to mount this on front of backseat
Answer:	yes, it swivels. It has three "pivot points", one on the floor, one on the middle of the arm and one where the tablet mount is. It is not a swivel like a holster, it is the adjusting knob that makes the entire head swivel. You can point it 360 degrees in any direction. The mount, mounts to the chair's hardware which is pretty close to the middle console and it does not impede with the passenger's space.

Question:	If the headrest in the car doesn't adjust, how does this attach? Simply wrapping the strap around the headset doesn't seem safe. Advice appreciated
Answer:	There is an adjustable buckle that wraps around the base of the headrest where it meets the seat. You attach the buckle, then pull the cinch to tighten. I was concerned it wouldn't be safe as well, but in my experience, it is has been very stable. The key, I think, is that the mirror is raised up higher than the mount, making it possible for the angle to work while creating a counter force that keeps the mount itself secure.
Question:	My headrest is non adjustable (can't lift up to fit a strap under it), will this mirror work with this type of head rest
Answer:	It just has an adjustable click strap so you can mount it long ways around the headrest. Since it rotates 360 degrees, you can move it any way you need to!

Answer:	It would fit any really. It doesn’t go in between the posts. The posts sit in the center and the bracket is adjustable to tighten into it.

Answer:	No, it does not shred credit cards. With new batteries it will shred maximum of 5-6 thicknesses of paper but typical max load is about 4 thicknesses. The feed slot is about 4" so 1 piece of paper folded in half would be 2 thicknesses....

Transformers are rated in VA or volt amps. They also have a listed voltage rating For doorbell pro you need 30 VA with 16 volts, You should consider a powered system the batteries will be a hastle.

Answer:	I got it to work with an 11' iPad. You just need to position the velcro and flip part of the closing side up to attach the velcro holder for the it. Both the top and the bottom of the tablet rest in the holder pretty securely. A couple of turns caused it to slide out but I'm sure if you put a rubber band or something on the bottom of the holder it would perhaps not slide on turns so much. Also, used my iPad in the case. My case is slim though and snuggly fits the iPad. :0) Good Luck,
