Answer:	I have a 2009 Saab 9-3 with air vents that form a grid pattern, this does not fit within the space of the grids, so I cannot use it.

Answer:	I dk what reviews are fake or real, but I do know this product works very well! There is a convenient release button on the back that springs open the sides and allows an easy removal of the phone, which (when squeezed) has a ratchet system to hug the phone when you are ready to use it again. The clamp that holds it to the vent is fully adjustable and the switch is easy to operate which locks it in place. I think you will be very pleased.
Question:	I have an otter box on my iphone 6s plus. Will the mount still fit
Answer:	I have an iPhone 8 plus with a Spigen Herringbone case and Ring holder on the back and have been using this holder for a year now with no issues. Yes, the phone does not fit perfectly in to the holder and does stick out but there is still enough grip from the sides and with it tilted up to my view point in my car, Mazda CX5, the phone has never fallen out. At least not yet. I have tried a LOT of holders and this has been the best one I have found to date. I am buying 2 right now for my parents. My dad was driving my car while I was out of the country last month and the holder mysteriously disappeared when I went to get the car back. :)

Answer:	It can hold S8 but not Note8 or Note9 (Note series are too heavy). Even with S8, overtime it will just get loose.. We had to put in a plastic piece to make it clam stronger on the air vent. Personally I think the design can be improved

Installation Instrustions

1. Hold the car mount with your hands and unscrew the lock washer on the back. (Do not throw away this washer) Place circular ball on lever through lock washer.

2. Insert the ball into the slot in the back of the mount.

3. Tighten the lock washer back onto the mount.

4. The unit is now assembled.

5. Use the bi-directional lever to clamp the mount to your air vent. One way will be tighter than the other.

6. Adjust your mount to the desired position and you are ready to go!

7. Simply open the sides with the button on the back of the mount and place your cell phone or device in the mount and close the sides to secure it. Then use the quick release button on the back to remove your device.

Answer:	I purchased two of these Shanshui cases. One designed for the iPhone 6 & 6s, which does fit perfectly, and one designed for the SE, 5, 5c, which did not fit perfectly with my husband's iPhone 5c. The sound volume area was misaligned with the 5c. However, the rest of the case was a great fit. I just love this case and my husband loves his, even though we had to make a minor modification so he had good access to his volume buttons. I don't know if it will fit the SE better than the 5c. Their height and width are slightly different. The SE is 4.87" in height and 2.31" in width. The 5c is 4.90" x 2.33". However, it could be a perfect fit for the SE and was not really designed for the iPhone 5 series. It really is a great case and I think is worth trying it out. The magnetic detachable phone case and RFID for credit card safety are two of the features that make this phone such a great find. We have had ours now for several months and find they are very easy to use and to carry. Hope this is helpful.

Question:	Can you put the magnet in the case or adhere it to the case if you have credit cards in the case? As in using one of those phone case wallets
Answer:	It is recommended to adhere it to the case.
Question:	Can I attach the magnet to back of my phone case
Answer:	Attach directly to back of phone. The magnet will hold.
Question:	I found two metal plates for my phone in the package. One is round and smaller while another is rectangular and bigger. What's the difference of them
Answer:	If your phone is larger than 6 inches, you may want to use the rectangular one since it will provide more magnetic power..
Question:	It is possible to reposition the sticky base many times
Answer:	Not too many times. Yes you can remove it, wash it, and place it somewhere else but it is not as sticky. I don't recommend repositioning as mine lost the thick sticky piece due to moving and now the product is useless.

Installation

Stick the magnetic plate to the back of your phone (or place it inside your case under the phone) and attach your phone to the arm of the mount.

Noted: Wireless charging will not work when a magnetic plate is attached to your device or placed inside its case.

Step 1

Peel off the white backing on the bottom of the adhesive base and stick it to your dashboard.

Step 2

Lift up the lever on the phone mount and place it on top of the adhesive base.

Step 3

Press down the lever. The mount should now firmly grip the adhesive base.
