Answer:	It is recommended to adhere it to the case.

Answer:	Attach directly to back of phone. The magnet will hold.
Question:	I found two metal plates for my phone in the package. One is round and smaller while another is rectangular and bigger. What's the difference of them
Answer:	If your phone is larger than 6 inches, you may want to use the rectangular one since it will provide more magnetic power..
Question:	It is possible to reposition the sticky base many times
Answer:	Not too many times. Yes you can remove it, wash it, and place it somewhere else but it is not as sticky. I don't recommend repositioning as mine lost the thick sticky piece due to moving and now the product is useless.

Installation

Stick the magnetic plate to the back of your phone (or place it inside your case under the phone) and attach your phone to the arm of the mount.

Noted: Wireless charging will not work when a magnetic plate is attached to your device or placed inside its case.

Peel off the white backing on the bottom of the adhesive base and stick it to your dashboard.

Step 2

Lift up the lever on the phone mount and place it on top of the adhesive base.

Step 3

Question:	will it mount to my 2012 chevy equinox
Answer:	The 2012 Chevy Equinox has unique design where the CD player, located below the main audio/video console, is recessed some 4-5" behind the A/V console, and so the Bestrix may not fit. I also have a 2012 Equinox and, so based on the item description, have I've held off on purchasing it.
Question:	Will the Bestrix cell phone holder work with an iPhone 6s Plus with an otter box case
Answer:	This will not an iPhone 6s Plus with otter box case. I do own both and tried but all three of the tabs are not tall enough to hold it.
Question:	Will a samsung note s8 fit into this holder
Answer:	I don’t know. It did not fit my I-Phone 6 as advertised.
Question:	Wouldn't this make the radio think there is a cd being dropped in, and not allow the radio or bt to be used at the same time
Answer:	I did have a problem with the system thinking there was a CD in the slot. I was unable to use bluetooth. I will try not inserting it all the way and see if that works.

Answer:	I didn't check to see where it was made, buf that doesn't matter to me. I do like quality purchases though. This is a very strong and sturdy holder.
Question:	Will it fit the dash of a 2015 acura mdx
Answer:	Looking at your dashboard setup, it looks like it may be able to clip in the middle of your dashboard, but may block part of your view when you're driving. It may also clip behind your steering wheel.
Question:	Will it fit an iPhone SE 2020 with no case on it
Answer:	Yes it will. The height of the phone won’t matter. My iPhone 8 with case is 3inches. Your SE 2020 without case is 2.65inches. And there is room to spare.

Question:	Will it hold the iPhone 5S
Answer:	Yes it should. The iPhone 5 is listed at 2.31 inches wide and this mount is listed as supporting phones from 2.3 inches wide so it should fit fine. There are two small feet at the bottom of the mount to keep your phone from sliding through as well. It is a very nice phone mount, one of the best I've ever used in a decade. The suction pad holds extremely well and fastens to the front plate of a pro-clip nicely for a great pro installation.

Answer:	So many of these reviews are paid/fake endorsements. Click the reviewer and read their other reviews. So sad reviews are becoming useless. Read the 1 and 2 star reviews from real people.

Answer:	I have an otter case and a pop socket and it’s too thick for it to stay on. Had to return. Without the pop socket it’d be a fantastic product that’d hold my phone.

Answer:	Bought this for my daughter January 2017. (Wisconsin). She loves it. However it broke after 18 months. She wants another and I’ll be ordering the newest version for her. She uses it with an iPhone 8 Plus with a case that holds 4-5 credit card-type cards. So it’s bulky, yet I t held the phone securely. So I think it is worth $25. I’m hoping that whatever broke has been improved. But even if it didn’t, if it lasts another 18 months she’ll be happy. She has a 2016 CRV and she placed the pad on the flat surface in front of the secondary screen.

Answer:	Yes, the two adjustable bars that hold the bottom of the phone are wide apart.
Question:	Will it accommodate the iPhone X
Answer:	I have the IPhone 8 Plus and only the main larger car mount piece that has the bendable arm and attaches to your windshield fits my phone (with & without cases on). The other 2 car mount attachments are to weak to hold it so it always will either tilt down or my phone just will fall off altogether. Not to mention the smaller wind shield attachment (the one without the bendable arm) my iPhone 8 Plus can’t even be used with it because the phone is too tall so it hits the windshield & dashboard causing it to just hang down so you can’t see your screen. I’ve attached pix in my review if you want to check it out.

Answer:	It took me a second but they fold from the middle out. The hinge is on the out part and the hook is tucked into the middle. Once you figure that out it's easy.

Answer:	It's about 9". I left it in my RV so I don't have it here to measure. You can bend it 180 degrees if you wanted to. Very flexible.

Installation Instructions

1. Unscrew the screw nut 1, place it onto the ball head.
2. Insert the ball head into the socket of clamp head until you hear a "click".
3. Tighten the screw nut 1.The tighter the nut, the harder it is to rotate the clamp head.
4. Loosen the screw nut 2 until it attaches to the screw nut 1.
