Answer:	Yes! I waited too long to return mine, but I had to remove the screen protector because I couldn’t get ithe watch to swipe with the protector on.

Answer:	Yes, it traps water when exercising. I used during rowing machine, as well as, my spin class workouts. Once there is a slight moisture in between the case and watch, the touch sensitive face doesn't work. It also doesn't monitor my exercise and heart rate properly. I have to wait until my session to deal with cleaning the inside of the case. I don't think I tighten the band too tight to the skin.

Answer:	I have a 2009 Saab 9-3 with air vents that form a grid pattern, this does not fit within the space of the grids, so I cannot use it.

Answer:	I dk what reviews are fake or real, but I do know this product works very well! There is a convenient release button on the back that springs open the sides and allows an easy removal of the phone, which (when squeezed) has a ratchet system to hug the phone when you are ready to use it again. The clamp that holds it to the vent is fully adjustable and the switch is easy to operate which locks it in place. I think you will be very pleased.
Question:	I have an otter box on my iphone 6s plus. Will the mount still fit
Answer:	I have an iPhone 8 plus with a Spigen Herringbone case and Ring holder on the back and have been using this holder for a year now with no issues. Yes, the phone does not fit perfectly in to the holder and does stick out but there is still enough grip from the sides and with it tilted up to my view point in my car, Mazda CX5, the phone has never fallen out. At least not yet. I have tried a LOT of holders and this has been the best one I have found to date. I am buying 2 right now for my parents. My dad was driving my car while I was out of the country last month and the holder mysteriously disappeared when I went to get the car back. :)

Answer:	It can hold S8 but not Note8 or Note9 (Note series are too heavy). Even with S8, overtime it will just get loose.. We had to put in a plastic piece to make it clam stronger on the air vent. Personally I think the design can be improved

Installation Instrustions

1. Hold the car mount with your hands and unscrew the lock washer on the back. (Do not throw away this washer) Place circular ball on lever through lock washer.

2. Insert the ball into the slot in the back of the mount.

3. Tighten the lock washer back onto the mount.

4. The unit is now assembled.

5. Use the bi-directional lever to clamp the mount to your air vent. One way will be tighter than the other.

6. Adjust your mount to the desired position and you are ready to go!

7. Simply open the sides with the button on the back of the mount and place your cell phone or device in the mount and close the sides to secure it. Then use the quick release button on the back to remove your device.

Answer:	I have the otterbox defender case, and the magnetic mount works great. I attached the metal plate to the back of the hard plastic inner case/shell, and then just fit the rubber outer case over the plastic shell as nornal. The mount has held the phone great for over a year.

Use your sim door key, when it partially slides out, remove the rest of the way and slide the sim tray in your old phone. Put your sim in the new phone by inserting the sim key in the hole where the sim tray is, slide tray out, insert sim following the exact shape of the sim, slide it back in the phone and power up, do not power up phone until the sim is secure.

Answer:	Not too many times. Yes you can remove it, wash it, and place it somewhere else but it is not as sticky. I don't recommend repositioning as mine lost the thick sticky piece due to moving and now the product is useless.
