Question:	what are the dimensions of this item
Answer:	I actually pulled out the frame and extended it out, locking in the top half without extending the bottom vertical section part of the frame. From outside edge to outside edge along the top perimeter, it only measured 10 1/4 ft. by 10 1/4 ft, so the 12x12 measurement must be from feet to feet.
Question:	can you tear out pages? is it perforated
Answer:	I found it adequate. It rained a bit the first 2x I used it but we had no leaks. That material is what you would find in any other tent. I’d bring a tarp to put under it though. Floor material is a bit thin.
Question:	Is this recycled brownish papaer or white
Answer:	With little or no gear, this tent can definitely accommodate four people. It's perfect (with room to spare) for two people and gear. Four people and gear would probably be a little tight.
Question:	Are these good for a 3 year old
Answer:	It comes with full instructions and short 6" stakes. Depending on where you plan to camp, I would invest in some nicer stakes at Walmart. However, this tent is fully functional without any stakes.

Question:	Since it comes as a set of 3 I am wondering if the individual pads are each wrapped separately in plastic
Answer:	We have the 10x10 and we used it for the first time this past weekend. It was awesome! very sturdy, very easy to erect once we took the canopy off (our fault for not reading the directions. make sure you do that!) and we needed the extra security of the stakes and lines because it was very windy on our beach. the structure itself is very heavy, but I'm assuming that's because it's so high quality and the case for it comes with wheels, so at least there's that. I have no idea about the warranty policy. maybe Coleman could give you more info about that?
Question:	Is this paper thick enough & appropriate 2 use with Blendy Pens
Answer:	approx 4 ft (48 inches) long and 8 x 10 inches on the sides (rectangular). I just went in the garage and measured one. These are pretty awesome. Sturdy and easy to put up / take down. The bag has rollers on one end to allow a pull/drag.
Question:	Is the paper thick enough to use watercolors to paint
Answer:	Its made to shed water and will keep you dry if it rains. I can't attest to his well the seams will hold up to constant use in wet weather though.
