Answer:	For me, it was the sustained subtle energy. I’ve taken B vitamin blends before, and different forms of “energy boost” supplements. I would describe the energy has a subtle sustained energy. I don’t notice a huge difference when I’m taking it, but I definitely notice when I’m NOT taking it.
