We use a combination or air and high resilience foam to provide comfort and and support to make our product as comfortable as possible. When inflated it is approximately 2 inches thick. When on the ground the air provides an additional layer of protection against rocks and anything else that may get caught underneath. In fact, per unit mass, I'd say the softgels might be stronger because they are designed to be swallowed, and you are supposed to put 30 drops of the liquid into a glass of water. If you want the best value for money, you should get the softgels, because according to my math it contains 3 times as much actual product but is only twice the price of the liquid.

Answer:	The bottle says take 1 gel one hour before sleep and the second immediately before sleep. I just took them 2 at the same time right before sleep - didn't seem to make any difference in the effect. I think they help me sleep better - my sleep is interrupted because of hip pain.

Answer:	no. it is a rechargeable lighter. I don't know how old you are but it is just like the old lighters that used to be in cars. the kind you had to hold your cig right down onto the hot coils of the lighter. hope this helps.

Answer:	I haven't noticed any hair growth. I assume you mean hair on your head and not your body. This is the second month that I have been taking Mushroom Complex. So, If there had been any kind of hair growth I would have noticed it. It is a great product. I researched all of the different types of mushrooms listed and they do just what the product described. Hair growth was not one of them.

Answer:	The Cordyceps is mycelium and the others don't say fruiting body. The color is quite light so these are likely not pure mushroom fruting bodies. The description avoids these topics and the product is cheap do this is likely not a great product. It would be nice if the company would reply!
