Answer:	Yes it will, it has the ADA red flag rule and HiTech packet and the Final Omnibus Rule of 2013 which is the latest revision of HIPAA laws. It has all forms to use as well.

Answer:	I have three locations, but we operate under one tax ID. I trained all employees with the CD. The CD sort of mixes instructions for the Privacy Officer and line staff together, so it certainly could be improved, but it is adequate. The accompanying manual and materials are excellent.
Question:	How long do you have access to the training video and online content? Is there a year limit or is it an ongoing license
Answer:	Our HIPAA "on-portal" Modules, allow access for one full year. Each year, we update the information. Once you sign up for the annual support, you will automatically renew your access annually.

Answer:	Mary, I purchased this from a Business Associate view - it is way more than I need because it set up for a healthcare facility. Needless to say, it has everything we need keep us in compliance. This manual provides all of the forms you need in word/pdf so that you can manipulate them for your needs. The Training cd is a bonus. Unfortunately I can not send you the table of contents but can tell you, this is pretty much everything you need.
