Answer:	Don't get it dirty. Use a cloth between your neck and the traction device. I pull my collar up on the back of my neck. I suppose it could be wiped down. Definitely do not toss it in the washer.

Answer:	I think it is, should be - it’s been awhile since I bought it but I think I did file an FSA claim successfully.
Question:	Just received this and the directions are very limited. When you push the red button it releases fast and is jolting? Should it release slowly or snap
Answer:	I don't have the answer as to why your collar blew out but after using mine for a number of months I would guessthat it was pumped up too much. Also, you have to release the air before removing it from your neck.
