Answer:	They mean the side that was stuck to the plastic! That side is smoother and shinier. Make sure your skin is pretty wet before you apply it, I would advise steaming it with a hot towel to open up your pores. It won't stick as well if there isn't enough water.

Answer:	I honestly don't think it's that strong if you're saying it's stubborn. I mean it does work and you see all the white heads when you lift it but it doesn't take it all completely. I would look for the Black Head Biore one.

Answer:	I am not sure if they remove fine hairs, I would say "maybe". I do know I have used these now several times and if I had to guess, they only remove about 30% of what is there. Afterwards, you can still see many remaining 'heads, and I just remove them all myself by squeezing techniques. I guess it depends on the individual person, skin type, etc. But they only work very slightly for me.

Step 1

Wash your face with a mild cleanser so that your pores open up and superficial dirt is removed. Be sure to use warm water so that your pores will open up completely. If you want to skip the wash, you can also just use steam or a warm washcloth to prepare your face. Dry your face when finished.

Step 2

Apply the face mask. It's easier to remove the mask if you apply a fairly thick amount. Avoid applying the mask around your eyes, mouth and close to the hairline. You can also choose to only apply the mask to areas of your face that you'd like to target such as the forehead and nose.

Step 3

Wait for the mask to dry before removing. Drying times vary depending on how thick a layer of the mask you apply to your face. Sometimes you have to leave the mask on for 30 minutes or so for it to completely dry. Afterward, you can apply a moisturizer or simply allow your skin to rest, nice and clean!

Good blackhead mask, removes quite good the blackheads and easy to peal off.

That is actually a good product, my fair and honest review: I tried both the thin and thick layer, both work, the thicker works personally better for my face (cause of stubborn blackheads), in all easy to remove, has a very nice scent and I would recommend!

This product helped cleared out the dirt in my skin well! While it took a while to dry and peel, it's worth the results! This product along with a skin scrub makes for a great combination!

Easy to use!

I was skeptical that I'd be able to peel it off easily, but it was actually very easy to get off! I love the way it dried and didn't crack if I moved my face. It wasn't terribly messy, either! And, the very few places with leftover mask wiped RIGHT off! I started by washing my face and using a warm cloth for 5 minutes to open my pores. I applied the mask to a clean, dry face. It probably took every bit of 20 minutes or more to dry, but, once dry it wasn't messy at all. It stayed in place well and didn't crack. Peeled off great! Of course it hurt in places, but that's to be expected. Definitely avoid the underside of your nose, LOL. It peelednall in one piece and got some of my pores super cleaned out. The residue wiped off easily with a cloth and water. My face felt awesome after. I followed up with some witch hazel and moisturizer and felt so amazing. I'll definitely get it again!

Answer:	I suggest using the body wash first and then use the spray once you dry off from the shower.
Question:	Is it supposed to smell so terrible
Answer:	Mine smelled awful. When I first got it, it was so bad I would spray it in another room. After a couple weeks with no results I stopped using it. I know these usually don't smell good (usually like alcohol) but this one is truly terrible. Especially if you have a small bathroom.

Answer:	The specifications on the box and the device say it has a charge voltage of 5V usb; power is 3 watts. Not sure about how that works in your country. When I looked it up information says that the transformer or computer will take care of converting the 120/220 ac current to the necessary 5V dc without frying anything. Hope this helps :)
