Directions

Arrange the apples in a 6-quart (5.7 liter) slow cooker—just to make sure you’ve got room for all of them.

Hollow out each apple by cutting an inch or so around the stem, toward the center. Remove the top and scoop out the core and seeds with a spoon. You don’t need to scrape out additional apple flesh. Squirt the insides and cut edges with the lemon juice to prevent browning.

In a medium bowl, combine the walnuts, coconut, and dates. Drizzle in the honey and add the cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Mix well.

Fill each apple with the nut mixture, pressing it in tightly. You may have a little bit of filling leftover.

Add the cider, ghee, and coconut sugar to the slow cooker. Arrange the apples in the cider, standing upright.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons dried sage
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut potatoes into wedges. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until each fry is fully coated. Place the fries on the baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the fries are crispy and golden brown.

3. In a medium bowl, combine the salt, pepper, chili powder, oregano, garlic, cilantro, orange juice, and lime juice. Add the flank steak and marinate for 20 minutes.

4. Heat a cast-iron skillet with the canola oil. Cook the steak for 3 minutes on both sides for a medium cooked steak. Remove the steak and let it rest for 10 minutes before dicing.

5. In an ovenproof skillet, place the baked french fries, Pepper Jack cheese, and diced carne asada, then broil until the cheese is melted.

6. Before serving, top with sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and grated cotija cheese.

Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

I was always happy when Mom made chicken cacciatore for dinner. We would eat it over pasta with lots of freshly grated cheese on top. Now, whenever I make this dish, I always think of my mom. Since the sauce is hearty and chunky, it’s perfect to make in the slow cooker. While any part of the chicken works great, I prefer to use skinless chicken thighs that are still on the bone. The chicken comes out so juicy and tender, and the bones add flavor to the sauce. I find that when you make this without the bone, the meat tends to be dry. Once the sauce is cooked, I remove the chicken from the bone and shred it, so you get chicken in every bite.

Recipe

Season the chicken with the salt and pepper to taste. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray, add the chicken, and cook until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a slow cooker.

Reduce the heat under the skillet to medium and coat with more cooking spray. Add the garlic and onion and cook, stirring, until soft, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to the slow cooker and add the tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, thyme, oregano, and bay leaf. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

Discard the bay leaf and transfer the chicken to a large plate. Pull the chicken meat from the bones (discard the bones), shred the meat, and return it to the sauce. Stir in the parsley. If desired, serve topped with Romano or Parmesan.

Answer:	if you are a professional massage therapist throw the table out and buy a new one. tears in the fabric are an infection control issue. the low price of the table is well worth your professional reputation. if the table is used only for your personal use than duct tape or a patch kit will work.

However, note that this includes the thickness of the upholstery (maybe 0.25 inch ?) and the thickness of the rigid base at the bottom of this sandwich that I imagine must be at least 0.5 inch (my guesstimate). Question:	Can you use this with an adjustable bed for sleeping
Answer:	I know this was posted years ago but I felt the need to answer for future buyers. The answer is definitely no. The face cradle puts pressure on the face. People often experience congestion in their sinus areas that relieve once they're face up. As a massage therapist, I never use face cradles on clients that have eye surgery, major dental surgery, sinus infections, newly installed braces, whiplash, etc. After assessing their situation, sidelying massage is the way to go or no session at all. Having this on the face for 16 hrs could be an issue since clients often experience short term issues after just 20 to 30 minutes in the prone position (facing down). Also, depending on the type of face you have, it could slip through the cradle, it could fit perfect, or you could notice the sides of the face cradle is very close to your eyes. You don't want to have pressure there in the event of surgery. If someone tried to receive a 60 minute or even 30 minute service and had this type of surgery, they would receive a loving and caring no for their answer. For the very issue involving the face cradle and because manually moving things around can cause pressure in the head, eyes, face. If a client experiences abnormal pressure in areas of the body with or without pain, it could signal a health issue like high blood pressure for an example. This should be brought to the clients awareness. Service with me would be stopped and referred to see a physician.
Question:	Do you ship to Hawaii
Answer:	Yes, but be aware that if you have a really deep mattress (say more than 16") the face cushion will likely be too low for comfortable. Oh, and I think you'll need to rotate the face support -> loosen both of the face support height adjustment screws, pull up until both post are out of the tubes, rotate face support 180 degrees such that the face support posts can be inserted the opposite tubes. When done sleeping, you'll need to reverse the face support piece for table top use.

Question:	how much weight can it support
Answer:	Take the "supports 450 pounds" on the paperwork with a grain of salt. Remember, this means it can support 450lbs evenly distributed over the table. If you were to plop 450lbs down just in the middle of the table it will probably break it. For someone over 300 pounds, I would get something sturdier.
Question:	what is this table made of? and fabric
Answer:	It has a framework of wood as you can see, and is covered with black vinyl. Appears to be well made. I cannot review as a professional or for professional usage, but for me helping my wife with her recovery therapy exercised, it has worked out great. Again, is solid and works well.
Question:	What range can headrest hight be adjusted, if at all - just tilted, or actually moved up or down
Answer:	The headrest can be tilted up approx 30 degrees and tilted down greater than 90 degrees. It can be raised 3 inches (for a total of approx 4 inched above the table). It's lowest horizontal position is approx 1 inch above the table. Note this table has only been used several times so it doesn't take into consideration compression of the headrest over time with use.
Question:	Are the side arms removable
Answer:	Yes, they are removeable. If you are not using them, they can be stored underneath the table. Table closes with them stored also.

Installation of the Headrest

1. Unlock the angle lock.

2. Insert and adjust the headrest frame to the proper position.

3. Press the screw on the other end of the headrest to prevent it from rotating (We recommend to fix it with a 6-angle wrench).

4. Rotate the angle lock clockwise to tighten.

5. Rotate the angle lock counterclockwise to loosen.

6. Press down the angle to finish.

Note: Please don't adjust it unduly or violently.
